Returns Policy
- Damaged or Defective Items : Only products that arrive in a physically damaged condition, are missing parts or accessories, are defective, or significantly different from the product description are eligible for a return or refund.
- Product Condition : Items must be unused and undamaged , with original packaging and tags intact.
- Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise stated.
- Return Shipping : Please pack the product carefully to avoid damage during return shipping. If damage occurs during return shipping, the buyer is responsible for the costs.
Return procedure
- Contact Us : Please contact our customer service at info@lavierosalie.nl within 48 hours of receiving your order if the product is not as described or defective. We will ensure that the problem is resolved quickly. If you accidentally received the wrong product, please let us know and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped.
- Photo or video information : Please send photos or videos of the defective product to info@lavierosalie.nl so we can verify the problem. After confirmation, you will receive the address of the warehouse where you can send the product.
Returns and Refund Process
- Returns : Please send your return via a trackable postal service . We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Return shipment in Almelo : Would you rather drop off your return in person? This is possible free of charge in one of our La Vie Rosalie stores in Almelo . Please contact us in advance so that we can process your return.
- Refund Processing : Once we have received and inspected your return, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation of the refund via email.
- Partial Refund Situations : There may be certain situations where only a partial refund will be given:
- Parts are missing or not included with the product.
- Returns that are incomplete.
Exchanging Items
- Exchanges : If you want to exchange an item, please contact our customer service via info@lavierosalie.nl . Exchanges are possible for a different size or color, provided the product is unworn and the labels are intact.
- Unfortunately, no refunds on sale items : Items on sale are not eligible for refunds.
Returns Processing Time
- Refund Time : Once we receive the returned products, your refund will be processed. It may take several business days for your refund to appear in your account. In case of delay, you can check the status with your bank or credit card company.
NB
- The buyer agrees to the purchase of products and accepts these terms and conditions once an order is placed. You are therefore legally obliged to purchase the ordered product.
- The time it takes to get an exchanged product to you may vary depending on the destination.
