Orders
Placing an order is easy:
Choose your favorite items – Select the desired size and add the item to your shopping cart.
Go to your shopping cart – Review your selected items and click 'Checkout'.
Fill in your details – Enter your shipping and payment information.
Choose a payment method – Pay securely via PayPal, iDEAL or credit card .
Confirmation received – You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. Happy shopping!
Netherlands : Free shipping for orders over €100,-. For orders under €100,- we charge €4,95 shipping costs.
Belgium : Free shipping for orders over €100,-. For orders under €100,- we charge €6,95 shipping costs.
Germany : Free shipping for orders over €100,-. For orders under €100,- we charge €6,95 shipping costs.
If the order is placed before 15:00, the package will be shipped the same day (except for the weekend). You will always receive an email as soon as your package has left our warehouse. With the Track & Trace code in this email you can follow the current delivery status. We hope you enjoy your order!
Yes, we ship within Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary per country. During checkout you will see the available shipping options and associated costs. Do you have questions about shipping to your country? Please feel free to contact us.
Returns and exchanges
You always have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Make sure the items are unworn and undamaged and that the original labels are still attached. Keep the return receipt until we have fully processed the return.
No, shipping costs are not refunded for returns. Only the cost of the returned items will be refunded.
We aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt . Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation and the amount will be refunded according to the chosen payment method.
Go to “My Orders” – Log into your account and open the order you wish to return.
Click on “Request Return” – Select the item and choose the reason for return.
Return Policy Assessment – Our Return Policy will determine your eligibility for a return.
Receive further instructions – You will receive the return instructions and return label (if applicable) by email.
Return the package – Pack the item well and ship it according to the instructions. You can also return the item for free at the La Vie Rosalie store on Eskerplein .
Receive your refund – Once we have processed your return, you will receive a refund according to the terms.
Payments
We accept PayPal, iDEAL and creditcard . Choose the payment method that suits you best at checkout. All payments are processed safely and reliably.
No, post-payment is not possible with us. Orders must be paid immediately at checkout via the available payment methods.

PayPal is a secure and fast payment method that keeps your financial information well protected. PayPal also offers purchase protection for shipped goods. When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website immediately after your order. Here you can log in with an existing account or create a new account to easily complete the payment. As soon as the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation from us.
Yes, after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice attached. If you have not received this, please contact us.
